BISHOP NOW AVAILABLE

A chair with industrial aesthetics, expressing Magis’ technical know-how and Konstantin Grcic’s formal rigour.

The essentials of Bishop: 1-millimetre-thick steel sheet, laser cut, folded and welded with precision, enriched by the high-gloss lacquer finish that highlights its technical details.

The chair is available in four colours: orange, green, red and black-brown, and offers an optional leather cushion held in place with magnets.

Magis x Themelia @ Urania

Last week, the limited edition Chair_One 4/16, one of the sixteen pieces featuring a lava stone base and a gold-painted die-cast aluminum shell, created to celebrate its twentieth anniversary, was the protagonist of a wonderful event organized by Themelia at Urania, in Zagreb.

Themelia brought together numerous architects, designers, and design lovers, and invited Alberto Perazza, Magis CEO, to share the story of this project that shook the design world before becoming a classic of contemporary design, now in the permanent collections of many museums worldwide.

Magis @ EDIT Napoli

This year we had the pleasure of taking part in EDIT Napoli.

For three days, the city turned into a true workshop of ideas, welcoming designers from all over the world.

The Piazza d’Armi at Castel Sant’Elmo came to life with the colors of the animals from the Animal Factory collection by Luca Boscardin – minimalist shapes that amazed both kids and adults. In the Cinemino at La Santissima, our space turned into a real playground: the abstract dogs Puppy, along with the Dodo, Julian, Voido rocking chairs, and rotating Spun seats stole the show.

Selection for ADI Design Index 2025

The Permanent Observatory of Design ADI has selected the collection In-Side, designed by Thomas Heatherwick and the low chair Twain, designed by Konstantin Grcic, for publication in the ADI Design Index 2025.

We are very proud of this achievement as the volume features all the products eligible to compete for the ADI Compasso d’Oro Award 2026, one of the most prestigious accolades in the world of design.
