仅主梁的制备就花了七天时间。在这七天中，先把作为主梁的白蜡木浸润在蒸汽里，然后迅速弯曲，最后放入烘干房中。干燥完成后，为主梁进行表面加工处理，再与椅腿和软垫组装，最终塑造出一把融合了工业技术和匠心工艺的椅子。

这一创新的结构解决方案将组件减到最少，同时也利用大面积软垫座椅和靠背提升了舒适度。

Trave椅子的白蜡木框架提供了原木色、黑色和橡木染色饰面，配以丰富多样的织物选择，适合住宅或定制项目的不同场景。它几乎堪称此类家具的范式，但同时又婉约而隽永，是一件能够超越时尚潮流、诠释当代生活万千姿态的产品。
