HAY Botique Hotel and SPA by Edem Family is a beautiful project by YOD studio that combines nature, architecture and design.

The concept comes from the study of the Carpathian mountains and their local grass varieties, which in summer, burnt by the sun, turn into perfumed hay. The name of the hotel, HAY, refers precisely to this perfumed hay, which is the protagonist of the entire interior design.

The building, in the heart of the ski resort Bukovel, is organically integrated into the landscape and resembles a rock with cascades of plants. The façade is decorated with local plants that change with the seasons.

The hotel offers guests elegantly furnished rooms with balconies in which you will find a selection of products from our Officina collection designed by the Bouroullec brothers, such as sofas, armchairs, tables and chairs.

HAY is the perfect place for slowing down, uniting with nature, and immersing yourself in refined Carpathian authenticity.
