Magis is the only design company Thomas Heatherwick works with, while for Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby Magis was one of the first companies the British duo collaborated with (in Magis catalogue Poppins and Four Leaves by Barber&Osgerby and Piggyback and Spun by Heatherwick). Both Barber&Osgerby and Thomas Heatherwick were protagonists of the recent London Olympic Games, which they designed respectively the Oympic torch and cauldron for, obtaining great appreciations worldwide.
